Updates to network bars, and enhanced visibility of some items. Fixes the music menu scheme.

This is still being tested - I am fairly certain it is very buggy on MAC OS.

TDD steampowered for the menu layout in the library mode. As of R4, I have kept the same "style" but have modded to a new style. TDD still gets credit for the framework. TDD provides great base -  this skin wouldnt be possible without his framework.

The key colors in this skin are black and blue, however, in several areas, there are different colors.
